This visit type is the first step for an individual to initiate and establish care with one of our providers. It is an interview-style conversation focused on exploring and understanding the client’s current and historical psychiatric and mental health symptoms. The goal is to establish an accurate diagnosis and create a treatment plan best-suited to meet the client’s needs.

Visit type occurs once on initiation of care with the option of online or in-office. Clients 12 and under, must be seen in-office for initial visits.
