This visit type will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide meticulous medication selection to alleviate symptoms. The provider will take the time to discuss their recommendations as well as additional options. The discussion will also include risks and benefits of the suggested treatment. We strive to assist the client in feeling comfortable and confident in their treatment plan.
